Outline and markers use one geographic projection before any explicitly disclosed readability offset. Exact singleton source anchors are never moved. A one-kilometre boundary tolerance prevents the simplified 1:20,000,000 outline from hiding legitimate border-area source points; farther conflicts are disclosed, not clamped. DataCenterData groups source-reported city coordinates only within a bounded map radius; the outline does not validate a facility record.

These notes name selected records, say which kinds of public evidence were checked and show what remains missing. They do not add anything to the published counts.

    • The Department of Revenue's exemption eligibility page could not be retrieved during review, so the program's criteria and any participant information were not read.
    • No participant or certificate list was located: the exemption's accountability data is filed through annual tax performance reports under RCW 82.32.534, which were not obtained, so no individual exemption recipient is named in the current research record.
    • RCW 82.08.986 and Substitute Senate Bill 6231 on expiring data center exemptions were seen only in search results and were not yet reviewed directly.

    • The current Microsoft Columbia order 25AQ-E009 was not read; the order read for that site, 22AQ-E006, is listed as rescinded.
    • Approval orders for the East Wenatchee, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Moses Lake and Olympia sites were not downloaded; those research leads rest on the Ecology list entry alone.
    • No water withdrawal, discharge, stormwater or building permit record was searched for any Washington data center.

    • The Walla Walla County staff report, SEPA checklist and site plan behind SDP26-01 were not obtained, so no parcel number, building count or capacity figure is available for that project.
    • The City of Cle Elum data center ban and the Blue Fern development agreement were not read.
