Scope
Washington Executive Order 25-05 (3 February 2025) directs the Department of Revenue to establish and lead a Data Center Workgroup that includes representatives of the Department of Commerce, the Utilities and Transportation Commission and the Department of Ecology, among others, to study data centers and report recommendations.
