The PUCO-approved 73MW Bloom Energy fuel-cell project (228 SOFC units) is confirmed sited at 4120 Scioto Darby Creek Rd — AWS's third, separate Hilliard campus at Scioto Darby Rd/I-270 — not at Hayden Run.
