Hammond says the separate agreement for the proposed 301 Digital Crossroads expansion expired. City records identify CoreWeave as an existing tenant at the operating 100 Digital Crossroads facility. The failed expansion and existing DX-1 site are not the same lifecycle event.

The power agreement is explicitly described as gating. The city’s approval notice says the project is contingent on a NIPSCO power agreement and the subsequent execution of the contemplated 20-year CoreWeave lease.
