What the source record says
180 MW facility at the Digital Crossroads campus in Hammond, Lake County; city approved June 2025, NIPSCO lease pending, targeted 2027. Coordinates are the Hammond area centroid. UPDATE (2026-07): the City of Hammond announced the CoreWeave / Decennial development agreement EXPIRED June 30, 2026 - required milestones were not met and no extensions were offered; no groundbreaking occurred. The June 2025 city approval, the 10-year real-property and 20-year personal-property tax abatements, and the ~$2B construction / ~$5B equipment figures were all tied to this now-lapsed agreement (never triggered). Status corrected under_construction -> cancelled.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

This row describes the same facility or project as CoreWeave / Digital Crossroads expansion. These records refer to the proposed CoreWeave expansion at 301 Digital Crossroads in Hammond, Indiana, whose development agreement expired. No engineering value, current operating status, capacity total or certification is transferred between layers. The city notice does not substantiate the licensed row’s 180 MW figure. This relationship concerns the proposed 301 project, not the existing facility at 100 Digital Crossroads Drive, and does not establish closure or current operation of that existing facility.
The licensed row remains a separate discovery record with its own source-reported values.
