Advocacy groups (1000 Friends of Oregon, Oregon Education Association, Tax Fairness Oregon, Tualatin Riverkeepers) sued Hillsboro and Washington County (June 2026) to block enterprise-zone tax breaks granted to 17 proposed data centers in the jurisdiction where this campus sits; the suit does not name this project specifically.
