The News-Times reports the 'Corny Data Center' application (nearly 29 acres, filed 2026-07-21) without naming the applicant; The Hillsboro Herald identifies the corner of Cornelius Pass Road and NE Cornell Road as a recently purchased open farmed parcel held by a Digital Realty entity, with an application for two buildings 'from the same group' as the Wagon Data Center. Operator attribution therefore rests on the Herald's reporting. Coordinates are the Cornelius Pass / Cornell intersection (OSM node 38738445); the exact parcel has not been published.
