Water. ThermalWorks waterless cooling. Operator states zero water used for cooling and roughly 138 million gallons a year conserved versus a conventional facility.
What the source record says
Operator-stated densities of 400+ kW per rack with liquid cooling and 120+ kW per rack with air cooling support an AI-capable classification, though no named AI tenant is disclosed. PUE, water-savings and density figures are the operator's own claims from its launch release and are not independently verified. Street address not published.
