Multi-tenant colocation site in Global Business Park off I-85, described by the operator as the first multi-tenant data center in South Carolina, Uptime Institute Tier III certified (Data Hall 2). Capacity is omitted: the operator's own page gives two figures that do not cleanly separate operational from planned capacity ('8 Critical MW (Committed & Planned)' as a site total, and 'Up to 3MW critical load in phase 1; expandable up to 18MW' for one phase), so no single number can be attributed to 'operational' without guessing. Square footage: 36,493 sq ft built, up to 54,000 sq ft of data hall space, 6,700 sq ft tenant space, per the same source.
