Third DC BLOX site committed in South Carolina (after Myrtle Beach cable landing station and Greenville colocation): DC BLOX purchased 27.5 acres from Santee Cooper in the Camp Hall commerce park, Berkeley County (announced 2023-09-27), with a preliminary plan of four buildings totaling approximately 200,000 sq ft and 45 MW of planned power; build-to-suit options available. Both sources describe it as still in the planning/land-secured phase with no stated construction start date, hence status 'proposed'. No source gives a street address or parcel for the specific building site within the multi-thousand-acre Camp Hall park, so the coordinates used here are the Berkeley County centroid (from OSM Nominatim) as an explicitly disclosed county-level placeholder, not even a city-level pin -- do not read this as parcel- or city-level precision.
