- Source review · reviewed 2026-10-11: Prior source review (2026-10-09): Applied Digital’s April 23, 2026 filing announces approximately a 15-year lease for 300 MW of critical IT capacity at Delta Forge 1. This is contracted capacity for a project described as under construction, not measured or energized load. The 430 MW campus headline is a different measure and is not combined with the leased IT figure. Acreage reconciliation remains unresolved. Historical document addendum reviewed 2026-10-11: The England Economic and Industrial Development District's May 28, 2026 release states that Applied Digital entered into a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement with the district. This adds local incentive context only; the executed agreement, payments received, land-use approval and operating status are not established by this release.
