Provider notes
Community. The cities of Buckeye and Goodyear both raised significant concerns over building heights, noise and deviation from surrounding land use, and area residents circulated a petition opposing the project. The applicant lowered proposed heights from 110 to 60 feet and increased setbacks from 100 to 500 feet.
What the source record says
A Maricopa County island between Buckeye and Goodyear, on both sides of Yuma Road between Perryville Road and Jackrabbit Trail. Plan is 28 buildings across two campuses totalling about 5.6 million sq ft, individual buildings 149,000-260,000 sq ft, with roughly 100 acres set aside for parks and public uses and a 15+ year build-out. No MW figure disclosed. Distinct from Tract's tracked Buckeye Tech Corridor site, which is a separate ~1,700-acre holding inside the Buckeye city limits in the Cipriani area south of I-10 — the two neighbouring cities' formal objections to Project Range confirm it is not the campus they already entitled.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
