EdgeConneX's own page states a 42,500 sq ft facility with 9,355 sq ft of raised floor for tenant racks, within 4 miles of downtown Nashville and 4.5 miles of Nashville International Airport, and that NAS01 earned ENERGY STAR certification from the EPA. It does NOT state a megawatt figure, so no capacityMw is recorded; Baxtel's power and square-footage fields are behind a paywall. Street address (1841 Air Lane Drive, Building 3) comes from Baxtel, not from the operator page. Cooling is described only as a 30-inch raised/under-floor forced-air plenum with N+1 CRACs, which does not settle whether a cooling-water circuit exists, so no water.coolingType is recorded. aiClassification is mixed_use: this is general-purpose edge colocation with no stated AI or GPU workload.
