This is the third of Microsoft's original Licking County campuses (alongside the tracked Heath and Hebron sites). Building size and capacity are not published in the sources read.

Site clearing began late October 2024. Foundation work began summer 2025, and grading/soil deliveries ran through spring 2026. By July 2026 general contractor Ames's work was nearing completion, with future phases planned. Microsoft notes completion of construction does not indicate operation.
