Water. Colovore builds high-density liquid-cooled colocation; reporting on the Storey County site describes a design that avoids water-intensive cooling. Colovore's own site advertises 5-600+ kW per rack with liquid cooling.

GOED approved $4,076,970 in abatements in August 2026 against a stated $30 million in capital-equipment investment and 10 jobs at an average $59/hour within five years; the $30M is an equipment figure, not total site capex, so it is not recorded as investmentUsd.
