Water. Cologix publishes "Air-Cooled Chiller with Fan Wall" for MIN5 — a recirculating chilled-water circuit rejecting heat to air, recorded as closed_loop per the water-circuit tie-breaker. Cologix does not publish a plant description for MIN1–MIN4, so this is MIN5's stated design applied to the campus record.
What the source record says
Cologix operates "more than 45K SQFT of data center colocation and interconnection space" across MIN1–MIN5 in the 511 Building, Minnesota's principal carrier hotel and home of the Midwest Internet Cooperative Exchange (MICE). MIN5 alone is a "10K SQFT data center" with "1.5 MW of power capacity" and "300+ unique networks"; a campus-wide MW figure is not published, so capacityMw is left unset. The same building also houses DataBank's MSP4 suite (tracked separately) — different operators, not a duplicate.
