Conditional ERCOT interconnection approval up to 100 MW; targeted energization H1/Q2 2026. Part of Cipher's ~3.4 GW / 8-site HPC pipeline. Cipher rebranded from Cipher Mining to Cipher Digital during its pivot to hyperscale HPC/AI hosting. Coordinates approximate (Andrews, TX geocode; exact parcel not confirmed). Cipher Mining was renamed Cipher Digital.
