Reported 2026-01-13: 'Nate Golden of Golden Acquisitions' is purchasing the building at 1341 Sycamore View and working with The STEM Practice, described as 'a tech company that works with Oracle,' to build a modular AI data center ('will be modular instead' of a hyperscale build like xAI's Colossus). Timeline per the source: 'the plan is to have part of the data center running by May 1.' A secondary aggregator (datacentermap.com, rate-limited/not independently fetched this run) reports ~9MW at full build-out, 38,500 sq ft across a 4-story redevelopment on a 1.5-acre parcel, and states this is one of four planned STEM Practice sites in Tennessee -- those figures and the multi-site claim are omitted pending a directly-fetched primary source. Coordinates are an OSM-mapped building way at the exact street address.
