Provider notes
Energy. Computerworld describes the building as 'roughly 240,000 square feet in size', built to support Oracle's software-as-a-service business (CRM on Demand and the then-forthcoming Fusion Applications suite). Construction was suspended without public explanation in 2009 and had resumed by April 2010. Grist and the Lehi Free Press both list Oracle among the Salt Lake County data centers approved for diesel standby generators in recent years. No MW rating appeared on any page actually read, so capacityMw is omitted.
What the source record says
A Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) state tax rebate reported at more than $15 million, and a local West Jordan Economic Development Area (EDA) reimbursing a portion of Oracle's property-tax increment (reported at "nearly $10 million," for property acquisition and site improvements), were reported in May 2008 for this project. As of that reporting the local EDA's structure was still pending ("Representatives from local governments will meet sometime in July to determine the structure of the incentive"), and construction was halted from March 2009 to 2010; no document located in this session confirms the local EDA was finalized or survived the halt. Recorded as reported in 2008, not confirmed executed — no subsidies entry added, since reported eligibility for an incentive is not the same as a confirmed award.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

Compute Atlas 1.34.1 with retained prior rows and publication holds. This is a DataCenterData composite, not an unmodified publisher edition. This row uses the captured source from 1.34.1, source as of 2026-10-14T20:40:52.293Z.
That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
