Provider notes
Energy. OGE filed Electric Service and Capacity Purchase Agreements with Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Google signed 700+ MW of new clean energy PPAs in Oklahoma (Rush Springs Solar and High Springs Solar via NextEra). OGE to power Stillwater plus two Muskogee campuses.
Water. Planned (permitted; not yet operational): the first two buildings would use ~2.7 million gallons/day, rising toward ~8.1 MGD if all six are built (~20% of the city's daily supply), drawn from Kaw Lake (Stillwater holds 50 MGD in rights and uses ~7 MGD on average). Cooling mechanism not specified in public sources.
Community. All local taxing jurisdictions approved the 25-year incentive agreement, but Payne County Commissioner Rhonda Markum cast the lone dissenting vote, citing water and transparency concerns (officials were required to sign NDAs before learning project details). A Park View Estates homeowners association filed a civil suit in Payne County District Court against Google's Kipper LLC and its contractors over stormwater runoff/pollution from site grading.
What the source record says
Campus at intersection of Perkins Road and Richmond Road, north of Stillwater. Coordinates are approximate (city centroid shifted north). Up to 6 data center buildings, each 300,000 sq ft. Phase I targeted for 2027. City Council acceptance of final plat required before recording with Payne County Clerk. Job figures are projections (~30 permanent per phase; construction cited as 'thousands') - not recorded as confirmed counts. Oklahoma's Sec. 1357 data-center sales-tax exemption applies by statute but no Stillwater-specific award amount is published.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
