Baxtel loosely describes SE3 as 'in the Westin Building'; OSM maps it as its own five-storey building at 2020 5th Avenue, sourced to a King County Assessor parcel record, and that is the location used here. No capacity asserted - Equinix does not publish one and the megawatt figures circulating on colocation marketplaces were not retrieved from a primary source this session.
