A separate building from the Westin Building (2001 6th Avenue), which the projection already tracks as Digital Realty SEA10 and which houses Equinix SE2. Baxtel loosely describes SE3 as 'in the Westin Building'; OSM maps it as its own five-storey building at 2020 5th Avenue, sourced to a King County Assessor parcel record, and that is the location used here. No capacity asserted - Equinix does not publish one and the megawatt figures circulating on colocation marketplaces were not retrieved from a primary source this session.
