Provider notes
Energy. FlexGrid architecture combines SVP on-grid electricity with natural gas and hydrogen fuel cells behind the meter, bypassing SVP grid interconnection queue constraints. Sub-1.15 PUE target. Rack densities 75-270kW for AI high-density compute.
Water. When hydrogen fuel cells are used, by-product water from hydrogen generation supplies the cooling loop, eliminating freshwater draw — significant for drought-prone California.
What the source record says
Exact street address not publicly disclosed. Coordinates are Santa Clara city centroid (approximate). Announced April 21, 2026. First phase targets Q4 2026 delivery. ECL CEO Yuval Bachar stated the project addresses SVP grid capacity constraints that have forced other data center developers into multi-year interconnection queues. Project targets AI training and inference workloads.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

Compute Atlas 1.34.1 with retained prior rows and publication holds. This is a DataCenterData composite, not an unmodified publisher edition. This row uses the captured source from 1.34.1, source as of 2026-10-14T20:40:52.293Z.
That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
