These reviews flag conflicting scope, inconsistent source text or support that has not been established. A withheld value may appear in the explanation, but is not displayed as an established field. The upstream row remains attributed under Sources.
- On-site generation: The source note describes the figure as a contracted power arrangement between the operator and the power company's energy center, not generation the data center itself owns or operates; on-site generation is not established.
What the source record says
Referenced in CyrusOne's Freestone Energy Center release as a separate, already-agreed 400MW arrangement between Calpine and CyrusOne tied to the Thad Hill Energy Center in Bosque County (part of CyrusOne's >1,100MW contracted Texas power total). Secondary press (unconfirmed via direct fetch this session) additionally describes an Energy Capital Partners/KKR joint-venture financing of ~$4B for ~190MW at this site -- omitted here pending direct-source confirmation.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
Status history supplied by the source
- 2026-08-26 · source-reported under construction
Calpine, Constellation and the ECP/KKR joint-venture announcement all describe the Bosque County campus (DFW10), adjacent to the Thad Hill Energy Center, as currently under construction and expected to be operational in Q4 2026. The record currently carries status 'proposed'.

That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
