Summary
On 23 July 2025 the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio approved the final Schedule DCT tariff pages that AEP Ohio filed on 11 July 2025. The pages implement the data center tariff the Commission adopted in its 9 July 2025 opinion in the same case. The approval applies only to AEP Ohio's service territory. The earlier opinion and the tariff sheets themselves are separate instruments.
What this does not establish
- The 9 July 2025 opinion and order that adopted the tariff is not part of this record.
- The tariff terms are not restated here.
- An appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court was reported in an earlier review; its outcome was not checked.
- The Commission docket lists a notice of appeal to the Supreme Court of Ohio filed on 3 November 2025 and transmittal papers filed on 3 December 2025 (S.C. 2025-1458); a merit brief was filed there on 24 March 2026. The Supreme Court's online docket is a JavaScript application, so no decision was confirmed and the outcome is not recorded.
- The tariff terms are not restated here. The current Schedule DCT sheets (P.U.C.O. No. 22, 1st Revised Sheets 223-1 to 223-8) were issued and made effective on 28 August 2026 and are a separate record.
Unresolved questions
- The outcome of the reported Ohio Supreme Court appeal.
Relationships
Supersession means a later instrument replaces the earlier legal effect. Repeal links identify the repeal instrument and the measure it ends. A later implementation or related letter is not treated as a replacement unless the record says so.
- Related, not a replacement AEP Ohio Schedule DCT data center tariff sheets (In effect)
- Related, not a replacement PUCO denial of rehearing on the AEP Ohio data center tariff (In effect)
