Physical scale: The 2020 final order describes a two-story main operations building of approximately 18,000 square feet. This is the historical approved design for a multi-use building that includes a secondary data center, not data-hall area, as-built area, commissioned compute area or current measured size. The separate generator building is not another data-center building. Later amendments and as-built scale are not consolidated here.
