The site remains zoned industrial with pre-existing conditions limiting it to office/warehouse use of no more than approximately 2.1 million sq ft; the denied application sought to add data center use and enlarge the permitted footprint. The Coweta County Board of Commissioners unanimously denied the rezoning application to allow data center use on the Walt Sanders Road industrial property. County procedure requires a six-month wait before reapplying.
