Oppidan Investment Company (Connect Data Centers division) acquired the Westpointe 40 Business Park site from Titan Development in September 2024; general contractor PARIC Corporation targeted winter 2025 completion. Server Country's most recent record review (2026-07-18) lists status as operational colocation. No primary operator press release or City of Albuquerque permit record was directly fetched this run (only aggregator sites, both cited); a direct primary source would strengthen confidence above 'reported'. Coordinates are a street-level OpenStreetMap geocode of Daytona Road NW, not a confirmed parcel centroid -- precision is approximate. Capacity (10MW) and investment ($80M) figures are sourced from Server Country only and are unconfirmed against a second independent source; treat as reported, not confirmed.
