Lordstown Village Council voted 6-0 (Nov 3) to ban future data centers effective Dec 3; the developer (Bristolville 25 Developer LLC / BHGH Properties, whose Oct 20 site-plan submission predated the ban) petitioned the Ohio Supreme Court for a writ of mandamus to compel the village to process its application.
