The company release notes Nephi 'recently completed a project to increase the town's energy capacity from 29 megawatts to 85 megawatts', which is the municipal utility's headroom, NOT this facility's capacity. Modular deployment using the company's SkyMod data center modules on a pad of approximately 100 x 150 feet.

Nephi City's Community Reinvestment Agency fund is tied to a hotel project area rather than this site, and no CRA participation agreement naming this project was located. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing. Recorded as no-evidence-found rather than a fully closed absence: the Nephi project-area budget PDF did not return readable text on retrieval.
