Scope

ERCOT Market Notice M-B091426-01 requires developers of data centers that are not yet energized and are conditionally in Batch Zero, and of substantiated data center loads of 25 to 75 megawatts, to answer a request for information on incentives, grid dependence, water, cooling, community impacts and ownership, with a notarized attestation, by 5 p.m. on 12 October 2026. Water questions are issued on behalf of the Texas Water Development Board under Water Code section 16.012. 12 October 2026 is a response deadline, not an expiration of any measure.
