What this does not establish
- The Pennsylvania PUC order approving the tariff (rate case Docket No. R-2025-3057164) was not opened: the puc.pa.gov robots.txt did not respond, so the site was not accessed automatically.
- The page is a First Revised page canceling an Original Page No. 35C; when LP-6 first took effect was not established.
- Rates and all ESA terms beyond those quoted are not restated.
