What this does not establish
- The committee charge document is headed "1/20/2025 Final" although the committee met in 2026; no convening day is stored.
- The committee's recommendations had not been issued when the page was read; the 24 October 2026 comment deadline is a response deadline, not an end date for the committee.
- The action type reflects the charge's stated goal of taking advantage of the economic development opportunity; the committee also addresses costs, water and environmental impacts and has no regulatory power.
Unresolved questions
- What the committee recommends to the Governor and whether any recommendation is adopted by executive action or 2027 legislation.
Relationships
Supersession means a later instrument replaces the earlier legal effect. Repeal links identify the repeal instrument and the measure it ends. A later implementation or related letter is not treated as a replacement unless the record says so.
- No related action is recorded.
