Scope

Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. North Dakota electric Rate 45, High Density Contracted Demand Response, is available for electric service to data center-type facilities housing high density computer processing technology with an expected demand of at least 10,000 kW per month at a single delivery point and an expected minimum load factor of 85 percent. Service must be interruptible for up to 200 hours a year or as the electric service agreement provides; each customer signs an electric service agreement of three to five years filed with and approved by the Public Service Commission and is billed the incremental costs of serving it.
