What the source record says
Three data centers (CLP1–CLP3) totaling 954,190 sq ft with an onsite substation, on about 100 acres along McDevitt Drive (Baxtel). The operator page gives conflicting IT-load figures (215 MW in the header, 'up to 142 MW' in the overview), so capacity is omitted. Coordinates are from the operator page.
