What the source record says
Up to nine buildings with more than 2M sq ft of data centers. Baxtel lists Building 1 (14517 McDevitt Dr) as under construction, with power by Q1 2027, but that is unconfirmed by a primary source, so status is held at permitted. Virginia Business (Aug 2024) said no construction timeline was given. The coordinates are the OSM geocode of McDevitt Drive.
