Provider notes

Community. Columbia County unanimously approved the White Oak rezoning with conditions (Feb 3, 2026), but a resident filed a judicial-review lawsuit (Feb 25, 2026) challenging the approval over an outdated traffic study, unverified water/sewer capacity, and an unreviewed access-route change.

What the source record says

8.076M sq ft across up to 29 buildings; 10-year build-out. Zoning rezoned to S-1 (Feb 2026), the first of several required approval steps. Described as a mixed-use tech park (data centers, R&D, cybersecurity), not AI-branded. A second, separate 'Pumpkin Technology Campus' was approved at the same Feb 2026 hearing in nearby Harlem, Columbia County GA - developer not identified in reporting reviewed, flagged as a lead only, not tracked as its own entry. Coordinates are approximate (near Augusta).

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
