What the source record says

Carrier-neutral colocation facility branded 'The Fort,' originally built out by SH Data Technologies at the former Fort Hill building (901 E Summit Hill Ave, per secondary sources not independently fetched this run) after a 2014 purchase, then relocated/rebranded as TenHats at '550 Fort Summit Way, near Knoxville's Old City' (Teknovation.biz, 2022-02-01 -- confirmed again on tenhats.com's own site, which lists '550 Fort Summit Way, Knoxville, TN 37915'). Never previously in the dataset. COORDINATE CAVEAT: neither the US Census geocoder nor OSM Nominatim could resolve '550 Fort Summit Way' (zero matches, tried with and without zip, plus a structured query) -- the street appears to postdate both services' address indexes. This pin is the OSM 'Old City' quarter centroid (a landmark disclosed in the sources as the facility's location), not the parcel; precision is explicitly 'approximate' for that reason despite a street address being on file. A city-wide one-year moratorium on new data-center permits (Knoxville City Council, reported by WATE) postdates this facility's 2014 origin and does not apply retroactively to it; not modeled as a community-status entry here because no source fetched this run ties it specifically to this site. Capacity/MW not found in any source fetched this run -- a third-party aggregator (baxtel.com) surfaced but is unconfirmed and omitted.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

These sources are listed for the whole row. Unless a figure links to its own source, the provider does not mark which one gave it, so a figure may not appear in every source.

No reviewed record is linked to this row yet.

That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
