Provider notes
Community. Neighbors including the owners of Tuttle Orchards raised concerns ahead of the 2025-05-08 public meeting on rezoning 775 acres of agricultural land in Buck Creek Township. In withdrawing, Surge Development said residents sought 'additional specificity and clear direction' on the 'potential impacts and benefits of development in this area,' adding that 'meaningful public participation must remain at the core of this process.'
What the source record says
First development phase was reported to include five buildings and a substation; no capacity (MW) or investment figure was disclosed before the application was withdrawn.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
