Provider notes
Energy. A company document cited by DeSmog describes roughly 1 gigawatt of on-site generation across the five-site campus; fuel type is not stated in the sources reviewed.
Community. At the July 23, 2026 Upper Merion planning commission meeting the vast majority of the crowd stood when asked who opposed the project; opposition has grown since the late-May 2026 unveiling.
These reviews flag conflicting scope, inconsistent source text or support that has not been established. A withheld value may appear in the explanation, but is not displayed as an established field. The upstream row remains attributed under Sources.
- On-site generation: The source energy note describes roughly 1 gigawatt as on-site generation across a five-site campus, not generation specific to this row.
What the source record says
Five separate applications in Upper Merion Township totaling about 4.6 million sq ft, on parcels including 411 Swedeland Road (1.6M sq ft), 2201/2301/2701/2901 Renaissance Blvd (1.9M sq ft), 2100 Renaissance Road (187,000 sq ft) and 3200 Horizon Drive (370,000 sq ft). Applicant entities are affiliated with MLP Ventures founder Brian O'Neill. Filed just before Upper Merion's March 2026 data center ordinance took effect, so reviewed under the prior rules. A company document cited by DeSmog puts campus investment at $35.16 billion; that figure is not independently corroborated, so investmentUsd is omitted. Distinct site from MLP Ventures' Plymouth Township proposal.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

Sources and attribution
These sources are listed for the whole row. Unless a figure links to its own source, the provider does not mark which one gave it, so a figure may not appear in every source.

Compute Atlas 1.34.1 with retained prior rows and publication holds. This is a DataCenterData composite, not an unmodified publisher edition. This row uses the captured source from 1.34.1, source as of 2026-10-14T20:40:52.293Z.
That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
