What the source record says
16 two-story data center buildings totalling 3.8 million sq ft plus four substations, off Kings Highway around Albion Lane on the banks of the Rappahannock River in Stafford County. Distinct from the two Stafford records already tracked: the STACK Stafford Technology Campus (the former Peterson site near Stafford Regional Airport, sold to STACK for $302.3M) and Vantage VA4. No MW figure has been published. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the described Kings Highway / Albion Lane area.
