Energy. Mudiita Infra's (now deactivated) website described an all-electric campus using battery energy storage and solar infrastructure without relying on gas power.
What the source record says
Announced and effectively abandoned within the same month (July 2026). Part of the property may instead be used for the Old Forge Pumped Storage Project, filed with FERC on July 7, 2026 by Renewable Energy Aggregators Inc. Recorded as cancelled because the named incorporator disclaimed any intent to proceed and the project's marketing sites were taken down; no formal withdrawal filing was located.
