Limerick Township's Board of Supervisors voted on Jan. 21, 2026 to send a formal letter of opposition to Harrisburg regarding the 55-acre Pennsylvania Game Lands swap tied to the proposed data-center site, after a packed, hours-long meeting. The letter does not block the land exchange but places local opposition on the state record. Residents cited river-adjacent industrial-development risk and a lack of documented public benefit.
