Subsidies checked at the municipal/operator level (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City's FY2016 annual report and Salt Lake City Council District 2's public summary of its CRA project areas name no beneficiary matching Lumen (or its predecessor entities CenturyLink/Level 3/Qwest). Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing. Note this record aggregates three physically distinct Lumen facilities (Salt Lake 1, 2 and 4) at different addresses across the city, so no single site-level check applies to all three; a fuller Good Jobs First Subsidy Tracker check for Lumen Technologies as a national parent company was attempted but blocked (HTTP 403) and remains unresolved.
