Up to 556,746 sq ft of data center use on 22 acres at the intersection of Sycolin Road and Crosstrail Boulevard near Leesburg Executive Airport; the approval alternatively permits up to 416,000 sq ft of warehouse/distribution or 218,000 sq ft of industrial use. Proffers bury lower-voltage distribution lines, keep high-voltage transmission above ground and bar an on-site substation. The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved the rezoning 5-4 on July 15, 2025, changing the 22-acre parcel from Joint Land Management Area to Planned Development - Industrial Park, with Chair Phyllis J. Randall casting the deciding vote.
