- Source review · reviewed 2026-10-09: Hut 8’s December 17, 2025 release states a 15-year lease with Fluidstack for 245 MW of IT capacity at River Bend. Its August 4, 2026 results separately report 330 MW of utility capacity under construction and vertical construction beginning in Q2 2026. Initial data-hall delivery is targeted for Q2 2027, with the remaining delivery planned during 2027 in the earlier lease release. These are distinct measures and targets, not energized capacity. The optional 1,000 MW expansion is not committed capacity.
