Energy. Bloom Energy solid-oxide fuel cells sized at 33.15 MW nameplate / 30.0 MW guaranteed, fed by Middle Tennessee Natural Gas, plus a 25 MW BESS and 8 x 4.4 MW continuous diesel generators for backup.
Water. Direct-to-chip CDUs on a 25% propylene glycol circuit plus chilled-water AHUs and economizer heat exchangers - a recirculating water/glycol circuit, so closed_loop rather than air. No water-consumption figure is published.
