Permit application covers eight Mesa Power Solutions GV22 PowerCore natural-gas-fired emergency generator engines rated 604 horsepower each (4,832 hp total), each limited to 100 hours of non-emergency operation per year with non-resettable hour meters, which WDEQ treats as best available control technology.
What the source record says
Site is about three miles east-northeast of Lysite in unincorporated eastern Fremont County, near the Lost Cabin Gas Plant. The application documents label the project the "1 MW DC Site"; the DEQ analysis does not explain whether that designation is the anticipated electrical demand or another measure, so no capacity is recorded here. Footprint, acreage and water use are not disclosed in available records. Coordinates are a geocode from the published distance-and-bearing description and are not a parcel-confirmed point.
