Provider notes
Energy. To be developed on the site of Calpine's York 2 Energy Center, an 828 MW dual-fuelled combined-cycle gas turbine station, giving direct access to on-site power. Calpine is an Energy Capital Partners subsidiary.
Community. Township officials advanced a data center ordinance while saying no formal plan had been submitted; residents packed a township workshop objecting that they had heard about the project only through rumours and public statements made outside the community.
What the source record says
The 828 MW figure is the existing Calpine generating station's capacity, not the data center's IT load — no compute capacity has been published. The $5 billion is the announced site investment; the separately reported $90 billion figure is a statewide multi-company pledge and is not attributed here.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
Status history supplied by the source

That does not mean the row is wrong, and it does not mean no reviewed record exists for the same place. A link is added only when an identifier or source establishes the match.
