Described by the operator's aggregator listing as "the most interconnected building in the State of Maine," a neutral, purpose-built interconnection facility in downtown Portland; rebranded from 'Deep Edge Realty' in 2024. Baxtel's Maine directory page states 52,272 sq ft. GWI (Great Works Internet, headquartered in Biddeford, ME) independently lists a facility at this SAME address (340 Cumberland Ave) -- treated here as a tenant/point-of-presence inside this same interconnection building rather than a separate facility, per this wave's one-pin-per-parcel rule, since a second record would otherwise carry an identical pin. No MW capacity figure was available from either source fetched. OSM confirms the address as a mapped point at 340 Cumberland Avenue, Parkside/West End, Portland (node/7171975407); no distinctly-named building polygon was available so precision is approximate.
