Water. Developer describes a closed-loop, dry-cooled design with no water used for cooling and no wells on the property; water use is limited to employee needs.
Community. Wolcott residents Bart and Amy Snyder sued the commissioners, the White County Redevelopment Commission and the property owners in August 2025 seeking to overturn the rezoning of just over 184 acres near U.S. 24 and County Road 1100 West, alleging a missing notarized authorization letter and site plan; a summary judgment hearing was set for July 27.
